TruckX recognize and truly believe your privacy and the privacy of all of our users is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites, mobile applications, products, hardware, tools and services (collectively ‘System’) offered by TruckX Inc. (‘TruckX’) and all of our subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Information we collect and how we use it Our Services require you to register for an account or provide select personal information to us in order to provide our full range of Services and offer you a great experience.

· Information you provide: We ask your personal and company information such as name, email address, phone number, Commercial Driving License(“CDL”) number, photos/images, address, company name, company address, company DOT number, etc.

· Cookies: When you visit our website we store a small file of characters that identifies you. We use this information to better serve you and improve quality of System.

· User Communications: When you send an email or other data to TruckX, we may retain those communications in order to provide You with our products and services.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map. We need this information to correctly provide you with product services we offer. Without which TruckX System will not be able to able to work. Unless you choose so, we will not share Your location information to other users or partners.

Information sharing

TruckX only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of TruckX limited circumstances below:

We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.

We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and/or any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of TruckX, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

If TruckX becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information. This refers to information that is recorded about users and collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 36 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at privacy@truckx.comand we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. We do not have to store the data and may choose to delete the data when Your account is not in service/deleted.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We are constantly trying to improve our Services and provide our users with more features. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll notify you of such changes by posting them on the Site or by sending you an email or other notification, and we’ll indicate when such changes will become effective. Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@truckx.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
